Four Styles of Lodgings
Romantic Couples, Family Lodgings, Group and Conference Accomodations
I. Bed & Bath Rooms in the 1886 Lodge
Each with private bath and different motif (and some with soaking tubs and hydrotherapy steam showers for 2!). Canopy, Birch, and Pine.
II. Two Bedroom Suites and Chalets with Kitchens:
For families or couples vacationing together – enjoy your wood burning fireplace. Prepare a light meal or come to dinner at The Lodge.
III. Specialty Suites and Chalets for Two, some with fireplace, lakeview, jacuzzi tubs or aromatherapy steamshowers
All are handcrafted with access to sunset lakeview. Some with fireplace, double jacuzzi baths or steam showers, handcrafted living rooms and beautiful decks - miniature great camps! They are respectively named Writers, Guides, Sundown, Reflections, Eagles Nest, and Sunset Pine.
IV. Small Group/Family Reunion Accommodations
We believe the view of the quiet lake as it faces directly west offers the most spectacular sunsets in the Adirondacks.
Our hand-crafted Lakeview Accommodation: The Lakehaus or the Guesthaus. Rent the entire house or individual suites within: uniquely designed for guests of 2-10.
The entire property can hold groups of 8-50 utilizing our various lodgings.

Guest HouseWood Smoke SuiteLoon's Watch SuiteIt sits on its own knoll approximately 200 feet from the beach, on a quiet "corner" of the Lodge property. It has separate top floor and bottom floor suites with interior stairs. Great for separate couples or famlies vacationing together wanting their own space. Each suite holds 2-5 persons |

Birch RoomWithin our 1886 Lodge are three guest rooms all with private baths and unique personalities.The Birch room is one of the smaller rooms with open bath configuration and unique decor detailing. The newly renovated bath features a deep soaking bathtub (longer and deeper than most) that is encased in beautiful tile. Includes breakfast. |

Canopy RoomOur 3 Lodge rooms are symbolic of our unique Old World and Adirondack ambiance that is representative of our Adirondack Alps experience.The Canopy room featues a more "European" tone with black and gold accents, and a king canopy bed. Relax, watch the fire, and enjoy the Adirondack craftsmanship of the full cathedral ceilings in the living area. Hike, snowshoe or ski outside your door. The 9 foot deck lets you take in the sun all day. Access to outdoor grill, an outdoor fireplace, and picnic tables. Just a short walk to the lake front area. Breakfast available in our dining room at extra cost. Woodland view. 2-6 persons |

Directions:
From the North via Plattsburgh
Follow Route 3 South 45 minutes to Bloomingdale. Turn right, following the airport signs. There will be two more turns within the next 8 miles, again towards the airport and Lake Clear. The lodge is two miles past the airport on the right side (1/4 mile past the Post Office). We are one hour south of Plattsburgh.
From the North via Route 30 (Malone)
Follow Route 30 south past Paul Smith's College. Seven miles past the college, you'll come to a stop at a t-intersection. Turn right. The Lodge is the first driveway on the right past the Lake Clear Post Office. We are 45 minutes south of Malone.
From the South (NYC) via Route 87
Take exit 30 off the Adirondack Northway (Route 87 North). Follow Route 73 to Lake Placid, then Route 86 to Saranac Lake. Stay on Route 86, following the airport signs. Take a left onto Route 186, towards the airport and Lake Clear. The Lodge is two miles past the airport on the right side (1/4 mile past the Post Office). It takes approximately 2.5 hours from Albany then another hour to get to lake Clear.
From the South via Routes 30 & 3 and Tupper Lake, NY
Follow Route 3 and 30 north from Tupper Lake. Five miles from Tupper, turn left on Route 30 towards Lake Clear. The Lodge is about 19 miles on Route 30, on the left side after driving through the hamlet of Lake Clear (just before the junctions of Routes 186 and 30). We are 30 minutes north of Tupper Lake.
